After placing the order on the store it usually takes 10-12 business days for us to dispatch the order. Once the order is ready to be dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified via mail along with the tracking details.

 

  • Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept returns, as mentioned in the product descriptions. However, we do offer a one-time exchange in case of a size issue.  Or if you receive an incorrect or defective product, we are happy to assist.

In any of these situations, simply click on the widget at the bottom right to contact our Helpdesk team. They will get back to you with a solution during our regular business hours (10 am to 6 pm).

Please note : The issue has to be highlighted within 10 days after the delivery of the order.

  • Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. This policy ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and care in fulfilling every order.
